All prices are in US currency and must be paid
in US currency.

Returns accepted on some items within 15 days
for exchange, or store credit.

All refundable merchandise must be in unused
condition with all tags intact and in original box
or packaging if applicable.

All lingerie and intimate apparel items are not returnable or
exchangable and there will be no exceptions because
of the nature of the product. There are no exceptions unless
item has a manufacturer defect, so please make sure to
check our size chart before ordering.

Shipping charges are not refundable and if an
exchange is requested, customer is responsible
for additional shipping and handling, please let us know
by e-mail so we can issue a return authorization number
before returning your item.

Made-to-measure items will be made from the information
supplied, so please MEASURE
CAREFULLY and feel free to e-mail us if you
have any questions.

If a made-to-measure item does not fit, we can
not offer a refund.

All shoes are subject to 25% restocking fee.

card services also avaliable.
